Dr. Joel Haber is the author of internationally acclaimed, “Bullyproof Your Child for Life: Protect Your Child from easing, Taunting and Bullying for Good” published by Perigee/Penguin.
Dr. Joel Haber is a Clinical Psychologist and nationally recognized parenting expert who has dedicated more that 20 years to the prevention of abusive behaviors in children and adults. He has been a speaker and webinar leader for the Federal Partners in Bullying Prevention (including the Dept. of Education and eight others) and has been an invited participant at events hosted by the Federal Partners in Bullying Prevention. He is a leading expert for the LG Text Education Council, an advisory council, assembled by LG Mobile Phones (www.LGTextEd.com). The council members provide useful information on a variety of subjects and offer guidance to effectively handle issues concerning cyberbullying and mobile phone misuse. The official bullying consultant to the American Camp Association, Dr. Haber helped write the standards for bully prevention and safety for all accredited summer camps under ACA.
